How does pickup work?
- Where do the flowers come from? Vikki Cha is working with Hmong farmers throughout the area. Most farms are located east of Seattle in King and Snohomish Counties.
- What varieties of flowers will be available? We provide seasonal fresh cut flowers. The Hmong farmers will harvest TULIPS April/May, PEONIES June/July and DAHLIAS to close out the summer.
- Can I request specific colors for my order? Unfortunately we are not able to offer this level of service. You will be able to pick from the multitude of color options when you arrive for your pick up.
- Who is managing the pick up locations? Vikki will be at Madison Park (Pagliacci Pizza) and Ballard (Rueben’s Brew)weekly and the balance of our pick up locations are hosted by volunteers who are giving of their time, space and kindness.
- I am interested in bringing flowers to my neighborhood, can I be a flower host? We would love to have hosts throughout the city. Even if there is a pick up location in your area already, we invite more as neighborhoods are very big, so there is room for many. Please email tara@believeloveunite.com if you are interested in learning more.
- Can you do delivery? All our products are currently pickup only. We can provide deliver for an order of 50 dozen or more.
- I do not see where to select the location I would like to pick up flowers from…You will choose your location and time when you are “checking out”.
- I placed an order but am no longer able to pick up at the designated time. What can I do? If this time does not work for you, please contact the flower host listed on your order confirmation at least THREE HOURS before your pickup time to see if arrangements can be made to change pick up time.
- What happens if I do not pick up my flowers? If you do not arrive on the scheduled day, your flowers will be donated as pick up locations are managed by volunteers and we would like to respect their time.
- Are the pick up locations Covid safe? All location hosts are following Covid protocols. We ask that you practice safe distancing protocol of 6 feet with only 2 people around the flower area at a time.
